Meet Terry Petracca
Terry Petracca has over 30 years of management and human resources experience with organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to start-ups. Her recent work has focused on Fact-Based Human Resources – Strategic Workforce Planning, Predictive Analytics and HR data - which is an approach aimed at building comprehensive insights into drivers of talent supply and demand, engagement, attraction and retention. Outcomes from this work create roadmaps for current and future talent management strategies and programs.
Ms Petracca also has extensive experience in Total Rewards, including compensation planning, development and administration including long-term and broad-based incentive programs; benefits design and management; shared service center and HRIS; HR mergers and acquisitions due diligence; and global mobility.
Ms Petracca has lived overseas and has significant experience in Latin America and Asia Pacific markets, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions in those locations.
Her strong HR background in major functions has made her adept in strategy, planning and doing. She is equally comfortable in front of a Board of Directors and working on Excel spreadsheets. Terry's strengths during her engagements are:

Ms Petracca holds a B.S. and M.S. (ABD) from Cornell University’s Industrial and Labor Relations School. Over her career, she has been a featured speaker for several local and national groups and taught Human Resources classes at the University of Phoenix.

Ms Petracca is a two-time breast cancer survivor and credits her family’s strength and love for always seeing her through difficult times.
